Reality Fracture Commander Spoilers

One four-color deck with Jace in the command seat, and its first card is already public. This is the Commander half of the October 2, 2026 release, paired with the main set and legal in Commander, Legacy, and Vintage but not Standard. Unlike most recent sets, there is a single preconstructed deck rather than four, so everything on this page will belong to one list.
The Jace Deck
Wizards has confirmed the deck is four-color and led by Jace, which fits a set built entirely around the alternate Multiverse he constructed. The decklist, the face commander's exact card, and the new-to-Magic cards have not been published; expect them in the run-up to release alongside the main set's full preview season.
Darksteel Angel Is the First Card Shown
Darksteel Angel is the one card on the page so far, and it sets the tone: a nine-mana 4/4 artifact Angel with flying and indestructible that says you can't lose the game and your opponents can't win it, plus a clause that keeps -1/-1 counters off your creatures.
That is Platinum Angel with its weakness removed. Platinum Angel dies to almost anything; this one survives board wipes and damage, leaving exile, bounce, or a counter-based answer as the outs, and the counter clause closes one of those. At a four-player table the nine-mana cost is the least important line on the card, because reanimator and artifact decks will never pay it honestly.
What to Watch For
The deck ships October 2 with the rest of the release. For the confirmed products, dates, and story, start with everything we know about Reality Fracture; this page fills in as the deck is revealed.
