1. Using Nerd Leagues

Nerd Leagues (nerdleagues.com and our apps, together the "Services") is a free tool for playgroups to run leagues, record games, build decks and play online. By using the Services you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 13 to use the Services.

2. Your account

You're responsible for what happens under your account. Don't impersonate anyone, record games that didn't happen, or use the Services to harass other players. We may suspend or remove accounts that do.

3. Content you add

Some features let you add your own content: deck lists and notes, game comments, and images such as Battlefield card sleeves. You keep ownership of what you add, and you give us permission to host and display it so the Services can work. Only upload content you have the right to use. Don't upload anything that infringes someone else's copyright or trademark, or anything unlawful, hateful or sexually explicit. We may remove any content at any time.

4. Magic: The Gathering and Wizards of the Coast

Nerd Leagues is unofficial Fan Content permitted under the Fan Content Policy. Not approved/endorsed by Wizards. Portions of the materials used are property of Wizards of the Coast. ©Wizards of the Coast LLC.

Card images and card data are provided by Scryfall and are not hosted by us. Nerd Leagues is free and has no affiliation with Wizards of the Coast, Hasbro or Scryfall.

5. Copyright and takedown requests

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe something on Nerd Leagues infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent with:

• your physical or electronic signature;
• the copyrighted work you believe is infringed;
• where the material is on Nerd Leagues (a URL is best);
• your name, address, phone number and email;
• a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use isn't authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law; and
• a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or are authorized to act for the owner.

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you can send a counter-notice to the same address. We'll forward it to the person who complained, as the law requires.

Repeat infringers. We will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe others' copyrights.

6. No warranty

The Services are provided free and "as is". Features can change or be switched off at any time, including the Battlefield. We don't guarantee the Services will be available, error-free or that saved data will never be lost. To the extent the law allows, Nerd Leagues isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the effective date above. Continuing to use the Services after a change means you accept the new terms.
