Star Trek Spoilers
Browse all cards from Star Trek.
Sixty years of starships and captains, plus the first Magic cards hand-signed by the actors who played them. The main set releases November 13, 2026 and is legal in every format, with prerelease events running November 6 through 12 and the Arena launch on November 10. Its companions are the four Commander decks and the Stardates bonus sheet, both of which are Commander, Legacy, and Vintage only.
Assimilate, Dilemmas, Federation, and Spacecraft
Four mechanics were named at the July First Look. Assimilate is the Borg keyword action: take control of a creature, or put one onto the battlefield from elsewhere, give it a +1/+1 counter, and turn it into a Borg artifact creature that loses its other types. Borg Queen, Perfection Manifest is the poster card. Face a dilemma triggers whenever a player chooses modes for a spell or ability, so every "choose one" in your deck feeds cards like Seven of Nine. Federation is an ability word that scales with the number of creature types among your non-Borg creatures, shown on Hoshi Sato, Exolinguist. Spacecraft and station return from Edge of Eternities, with U.S.S. Enterprise-D, Galaxy-Class as the flagship.
What Has Been Revealed So Far
Two mythic captains anchor the main set: mono-red Captain James T. Kirk, who hands you a decision every turn, and mono-green Captain Kathryn Janeway, who grants an extra land drop and has your creatures explore as they enter. Both carry the new Officer creature type. An August wave added 58 commons and uncommons plus all ten shock lands in the LCARS frame, so the page already shows a real slice of the Limited environment.
Collector Treatments
Seven headliner cards hand-signed by the actors, roughly 250 copies each and Collector Booster only; our autograph card explainer covers how they work. Thirty Stardates reprints with Star Trek art, led by Sheoldred, the Apocalypse recast as Khan. LCARS frames, retro Classic Enterprise cards, 25 borderless scene cards, and two Scene Boxes round it out. Full previews are still weeks away; everything confirmed so far has the complete product lineup.
